Two unrelated pieces for you today, the first is a redrawn version of a background image in an older comic. It is named after the point at which light can no longer escape from a black hole, its the border at which absolutely no information can pass through, ever, no matter what. If you passed the event horizon, nobody would ever be able to know what had become of you, but they could still send information into the black hole to let you know about them. The annoying problem, however, is that the gravity is so strong at this point that your feet would be sucked into the hole much, much, much, much more strongly than your head, and you would be torn apart. This may be the last thing you see.
The second is just an observation about software company logos, that they are all four square color combinations of red, blue, yellow, and green. Real original. I really hope Google dosn't get mad at me for this, after all they supply my ads and track visitor stats for this website. Whatever, they will either get over it or change their logo.
